Join us on a truly memorable walk with donkeys!

 

After a short briefing about the donkeys from one of our team, you will be introduced to some of our little donkeys - Florence, Bertram, James II, Storm, Thomas and Gracie.
 

We will show you how to groom and handle the donkeys and give you a few hints and tips on how they think before you start your walk. As is the style of donkeys, your walk will be more of an amble, lasting around 30 minutes with frequent stops to eat a tasty flower or take in the sights and smells of the orchard, wooded areas and main field.

 

Along the way, you will pass by the bee hives, owl boxes, wild flowers and hedgehog release area; keep your eyes peeled for the foxes, deer and buzzards!

Zoomie the Jacob’s sheep is almost certain to pop over and say hello – he’s like a big woolly Labrador with horns - and we will visit the rescued ponies in their stable.

 

Please note that we are not open to the public, attendance is through pre booking only. We offer a personal experience so as not to overwhelm the animals.
